Annual cocktail party in favour of the WWF held by sir Stelios and the fondation Prince albert II de Monaco

Since 2013, Sir Stelios, through the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation is associated with the Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco in holding an annual cocktail party in favour of the WWF. All sums received from guests by the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation are doubled and donated equally to the Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco and the WWF. The funds are generally allocated to a joint project for the protection of marine animals, such as seals in 2017 and 2018 and sharks in 2019. In 2020 the cocktail party was cancelled due to Covid-19 and the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation donated 30,000 euros to both the WWF and the Fondation Prince Albert II. In June 2021 an exclusive charity dinner hosted for 50 guests was held at the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation conference hall raising 216,000 euro for good causes. In May 2022, 70 philanthropists raised 340,000 euro. This year, 2023, the total sum raised is expected to be 482,020 euro excluding the auction proceeds!
