The event was organised by the Princess Grace Irish Library (PGIL) to mark the 40 year anniversary of the Library opening.
Exactly 40 years ago to this date, on 20 November 1984, the PGIL was opened in memory of Grace Kelly, Princess of Monaco. Since then it’s served as a cornerstone for Irish culture, literature, and heritage.
The Stelios Philanthropic Foundation hosted the event at the Foundation’s conference hall in Monaco. Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou and the Foundation are proud to support the PGIL. You can find out more about the event on the PGIL website here.
To add to the occasion, guests heard traditional Irish music by Dr Fintan Vallely.
