Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou has unveiled the winners of the new young entrepreneurs’ awards in Monaco and the Riviera 2025 which were run in partnership with Riviera Radio.
On Thursday 15th May, we hosted an in-person event at the Stelios Foundation Conference Hall in Monaco to honour the winners.
We are also excited to announce that Sir Stelios has selected five winners—two more than originally advertised—bringing the total prize fund to €100,000, including €30,000 worth of advertising generously provided by our partners at Riviera Radio!
- Yacine Bayar scoops top prize of 30,000 EUR to support the growth of his company Sianatech, which provides industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, and project management: https://www.sianatech.com/
- Félix Nacach is named runner up and takes 20,000 EUR for his docked boat accomodation business, Bed Boat: https://bedboat.fr/
- Sébastien Perez wins third prize of 10,000 EUR for his videography and production company, Sez Productions: https://www.sezprod.com/
And the new prizes of joint 4th place:
- Raphael Mena, receiving 5,000 EUR for his restaurant business GOYA: https://www.goyanice.fr/

Selected out of 29 applicants, the winners went through a three-stage selection process, including an interview with Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, well known for creating the easy family of brands, including easyJet.
