The 12th annual charity fundraiser took place on 25th October in the presence of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco and Dr Adil Najam, President of WWF International. The event, hosted by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, aimed to support efforts to protect the precious seagrass meadows in Greece and the wider Mediterranean, which serve as critical habitats for thousands of marine species.
Guests heard speeches from HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, Dr. Najam Adil, President of WWF International, and Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, who highlighted the need for support and importance of these events in raising funds for vital environmental protection projects.
A big thank you to the 50 Philanthropists who contributed to the success of the evening, helping to reach the grand total of 600,000 euros and make a meaningful impact for this great cause.
